Germany Internships: HZB International Summer Student Program 2022 (Fully Funded)

Apply for Helmholtz-Zentrum Berlin HZB International Summer Student Program for the year 2022. It is a fully-funded summer exchange program for international students in Germany.

Students have the choice to work on their own research projects in collaboration with scientists. With this program, students are able to participate in the daily work of our research teams in their labs on the HZB campuses in Berlin.

The Summer Student Programme will happen from July 4 to August 29, 2022. Students from around the globe get the chance to work in their related fields.

Financial Coverage

• ·         € 1800 gross for external participants
• ·         € 1000 gross for students from universities located in Berlin and Potsdam.

·        Travel expenses will be subsidized up to € 500 to help you with travel expenses between Berlin and your home.

Eligibility Criteria

• You must be a student (not a Ph.D. candidate) in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines.
• You must have completed at least two years of full-time study in your core subject at the college level.
• You have a good knowledge of English, knowledge of German would be an advantage.

You will need to submit a reference letter at the end of the application period.
