A world-class school in Adabraka, Accra, seeks the services of a qualified pre-school teacher to prepare small children for kindergarten. The person must be willing to work on a full-time basis.

They should be able to give the kids suitable education. In addition, they must have a significant love and patience for children. A person with knowledge of pre-school educational methods and the ability to earn kids’ trust and attention stands a higher chance of being hired.

Minimum experience required is 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Encourage children to interact with each other.
• Resolve occasional arguments among the children.
• Guide kids to develop their artistic and practical capabilities.
• Carefully develop a creative program suitable for pre-school children.
• Use different educational techniques like storytelling and educational plays to teach kids.
• Help kids to improve their social competencies and build self-esteem.
• Collaborate with other coordinators to train the children.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom.
